Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 17, 2026

Welcome to Dokanaka. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dokanaka.com and the services offered through Dokanaka (“Dokanaka,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Dokanaka, creating an account, submitting a product request, registering as a seller, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Dokanaka

Dokanaka is an online marketplace and product-sourcing platform designed to connect customers with products, including products sourced from Afghanistan and other available markets.

Depending on the transaction, products may be offered by independent sellers or sourced with the assistance of Dokanaka representatives, suppliers, or service providers.

2. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating an account, placing an order, or submitting a product request.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.

3. Product Listings

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, dimensions, colors, materials, and other information accurately.

However, handmade, traditional, vintage, natural, or locally sourced products may have reasonable variations in color, size, appearance, texture, craftsmanship, packaging, or other characteristics.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order or sourcing request has been confirmed.

4. Request a Product

Dokanaka may allow customers to request products that are not currently listed on the website.

Submitting a product request does not guarantee that Dokanaka can locate, purchase, import, ship, or deliver the requested item.

When a requested product is located, Dokanaka may provide the customer with information regarding availability, estimated price, shipping, and other applicable costs or conditions before an order is finalized.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, shipping charges, taxes, duties, fees, and availability may change before an order is confirmed.

Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policies.

Dokanaka reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel or decline an order affected by a material error, subject to applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, seller, origin, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances.

Internationally sourced products may experience customs, carrier, transportation, security, weather, or other delays outside Dokanaka’s reasonable control.

Any delivery date provided before shipment should be considered an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other government requirements.

Certain products may not legally or practically be available for import or shipment to certain destinations.

Dokanaka may decline or cancel a transaction when we reasonably determine that the product cannot lawfully or safely be sourced, exported, imported, shipped, or delivered.

Responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges will be disclosed or determined according to the applicable order, shipping arrangement, and law.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Eligibility for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund may depend on the type of product, its condition, whether it was custom-made or specially sourced, the seller’s applicable terms, and applicable law.

Additional details will be provided in Dokanaka’s Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Sellers and Marketplace Transactions

Certain products on Dokanaka may be supplied or sold by independent sellers.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information about their products and complying with applicable laws, marketplace requirements, and Dokanaka policies.

Dokanaka may review, restrict, suspend, or remove seller accounts or listings that violate our policies or applicable law.

10. Communications and Circumvention

Customers and sellers may communicate through methods provided or authorized by Dokanaka.

Users may not use information obtained through Dokanaka to intentionally circumvent the platform in connection with a transaction initiated through Dokanaka in a manner that violates applicable Dokanaka seller or marketplace policies.

11. Prohibited Products and Activities

Users may not use Dokanaka to buy, sell, request, advertise, or facilitate products or activities prohibited by applicable law or Dokanaka policy.

Dokanaka may refuse, remove, or cancel listings, requests, transactions, or accounts when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or policy reasons.

12. Intellectual Property

The Dokanaka name, branding, website design, original content, graphics, and other materials owned by Dokanaka may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that content and products they submit do not unlawfully infringe the rights of others.

13. Website Availability

We work to maintain reliable access to Dokanaka but cannot guarantee that the website or every feature will always operate without interruption or error.

We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dokanaka is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, third-party service interruptions, or inaccurate information supplied by independent third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from their unlawful use of Dokanaka, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Dokanaka, our services, or applicable requirements change.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Dokanaka after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state in which Dokanaka’s operating legal entity is established, without limiting any consumer protections that apply under mandatory law.

The governing-law and business-entity information may be updated when Dokanaka’s legal entity is formally established.
